Directions: Take 1 tablet of the shower steamer and place it on the shower floor or any surface where drops of the water from the shower stream sprays on the top of the tablet. The best position to place your shower steamer is in the same direction where your nose will be facing in the shower area. The hot water will begin to melt the tablet and trigger the release of the essential oil’s aroma into your shower’s steam. The shower water has to be hot enough to create a steam in the shower area where you are standing, cold water will not give you the same experience.

DO NOT place the shower steamer directly on the water stream because it will not last as long as it should if used correctly. Enjoy!!!!

Shower steamers are much higher concentrated in essential oils and menthol which makes them unsuitable for taking baths in a bathtub , they are suitable ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY for showers!!!!!!!!

The shower steamers are intended for use only and exclusively in the shower. DO NOT use in the bathtub or any water where you would be sitting on it for a time.
